What’s Changing — The DAC & DAVSC Evolution
In Q4 2025, PMI will consolidate the roles of
Disciplined Agile® Coach (DAC) and
Disciplined Agile® Value Stream Consultant (DAVSC)
into a unified leadership offering: Disciplined Agile® Leadership (DAL).

This evolution reflects how leadership at scale is changing:
•          Coaching, strategy, and transformation functions will converge under DAL.
•          Adaptive oversight, portfolio governance, and value-stream leadership will become central             to the role.
•          Separate certifications for DAC and DAVSC will be replaced by one integrated DAL pathway             that embodies both.
