Payment, Cancellation & Booking Terms
Bookings may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided your cancellation request is received before your course begins.
After this period, your booking remains fully transferable to another participant and may be rescheduled to another available cohort at no additional charge, subject to availability.
If you request a refund after the initial 24-hour period and before your course begins, we will refund your payment less:
a standard refund administration fee of US$150;
any non-recoverable payment processing fees charged by our payment service providers; and
the cost of any official PMI learning materials, PMI products or PMI services that have already been purchased or activated on your behalf (typically between US$49 and US$99 per learner, depending on the PMI product or service selected).
Our aim is to be as fair and flexible as possible while recovering only those genuine costs that have already been incurred on your behalf. Where requested, we will provide reasonable supporting evidence of any third-party costs deducted from your refund, including receipts, invoices or payment confirmations where available.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
